“Best Non-Oyster”
Emerald and Sage Catering won this category with their dreamy Key Lime Pie.
Applications to participate in the Oyster and Non-Oyster Contests are due Friday, May 29. Contestants will be allowed to submit one entry per category. Entries will be scored based on flavor, presentation and creativity. Oysters submitted to the contest must be prepared onsite, in your booth.
Judges will begin at 10am sharp, with submissions scheduled throughout the morning.
Prizes will be awarded for the following categories:
- Best Cooked Oyster
- Best Raw Oyster
- Best Non-Oyster
Awards will be announced on the Main Stage just before 2pm.
- You will know the winners by the ribbons on their booths!
- They’ll also be taking home a lovely handmade glass trophy from Fire & Light.
