If by chance you are a non-profit organization that would like to set up a table and share what you do, there may be spots just off the Plaza, with good traffic flow. Please e-mail us to discuss your options.

** Clarification regarding food vendor permits and licenses - upon confirmation and acceptance of applications you’ll receive a packet with the necessary additional paperwork. The forms can also be downloaded below. Our apologies for the confusion. Apparently the information on last year’s vendor’s application was incorrect, too.

VENDOR FORMS, to be completed upon acceptance:
- City of Arcata Business License Booth Application. Do not go to City for the application/form. Download here, pick up at our office, or we’ll mail it to you. Submit completed license application and a check made out to the City of Arcata (not Main Street). Send to Arcata Main Street.
- Temporary Food Service Permit from the Humboldt County Health Dept. ($65, submit only after you receive your acceptance packet)
- Temporary Food Facility Operation Booklet - A How-To Guide from the Health Department
- Arcata Fire Street booth letter re: potential fees
- Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Arcata Downtown Business Community as additional insured for $1,000,000. (single day certificates can be obtained at www.galescreek.com)
